Q: The socks I would like to order aren’t shown on your site. Can I custom order?
A: Absolutely! Check out the custom order form here. Pick whatever color combination you like, at no extra charge.
Q: I’m not sure what size I should order for my child. How does the sizing work?
A: The sock sizes are based on your child’s shoe size (except for XS, which fits infants age 6-18 months). S fits child’s shoe sizes 4-6; M fits child’s shoe sizes 6-10; L fits child’s shoe sizes 10-4; and XL fits older child/adult shoe sizes 4-10.
Q: I don’t have a paypal account. Can I still pay for my order with a credit card?
A: Yes. You don’t need a paypal account to pay by credit card using the paypal shopping cart feature. When you check out, you will be redirected to paypal’s secure payment site where you can input your credit card information and complete your order without signing up or creating an account.
Q: How long will it take to receive my socks after I place my order?
A: I ship to the continental U.S. via the U.S. Postal Service First Class Mail. Since each pair is made to order, please allow up to a week after ordering for your items to ship. USPS First Class Mail is typically delivered within 2-5 days of shipment. Shipping and handling charges are $1.99 for one pair of socks. Shipping and handling is free when you order 2 or more pairs.
Q: How should I care for my socks?
A: I recommend hand washing and line drying your socks. Alternatively, washing and drying your socks in a mesh delicates/lingerie bag using the delicate wash cycle will also help to prolong the life of your socks.
Q: Are these socks safe for children?
A: I take great care to attach the beads securely to the socks. With proper care, the beads should not come off. However, over time and with use the crochet thread could begin to wear out and some of the beads may come unattached. This could pose a choking hazard for young children. For this reason, I strongly recommend that you NEVER leave children under age 3 unattended while wearing beaded socks.

A: I want you to be completely satisfied with your socks. I have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not happy, just contact me at jen@sweetlittlefeet.net and I’ll be happy to refund or exchange... no questions asked.
